My complaint:
I was scheduled to take a trip to Uganda 27 March 2020, the airlines canceled and I canceled my flight. Uganda shut down all flights to enter their country.
I did not cause the Covid-19, just asking for a full refund. I’ve completed the refund form, first it would take 2 weeks, now it’s 6 months before I can get a refund
Suggested solution:
Refund my ticket purchase $1678.45
