My complaint:
I booked my flight from Atlanta Georgia to Manila Philippines on or about July 6. On July 14 I received an email saying they cannot the change to my itinerary. Since I did not change my itinerary I assume this was either spam or a mistake so I did not call. about July 22 I called for another reason and found out my airline has stopped flying that route for the month of August. I have requested a full refund but I am told they will keep $250.
I asked them to reschedule the flight for September 5. The exact same route. They told me there would be an additional charge of $450. But I can find the same flight cheaper than what I paid for my flight that was canceled. This is why I do not want a flight credit and instead the money returned to my credit card
