My complaint:

The ticket I bought last Nov2019 for March 26 2020 was cancelled because of the pandemic. I rescheduled the date to December with an additional payment of $815.26. I decided to cancel the tickets because it is still unsafe to travel. The agent Basti said I can refund the ticket but I needed to pay advanced payment, which is $531.90 so they can process my refund within 7 days along with the advanced payment. That was November 30th. I talked to Basti about a week later and he stated that it’s still in the process and I should wait for my bank to return the money. Until now, there’s still no refund and I’ve even talked to other agents and they told me they emailed Basti asking what’s going on and to give me an update. I want an immediate action because I paid so much just to cancel and he’s making this too complicated for me.
