My complaint:
Asap ticket is a rip off! Had plans to go to Nigeria on October 12th, to see my sick mother. . . I purchased the insurance on both tickets. But due to covid : My 14 year old son had covid 19 in September, and they had a bottle neck on passports , I still am waiting for it . the rep Norbert took $250 in fees to reschedule til November 26 th and now Griffin wants to charge me $550 in fees to reschedule again because I still haven’t received my passport! Yet he was about to exchange it, now he says I have no insurance on my ticket! This is high way robbery! If it is out of our control why would you keep taking our money!!!!! They escalate calls to call back with lies.
Suggested solution:
Give to the corporate number so my attorney and I will know whom we need to address this issue. If they don’t we will be addressing this Monday 11 821!
