My complaint:
I have agreed with the terms and class of the flight and booked a ticket with elsa.m at asaptickets.com. I received a reservation ation number from her. I tried to check the reservation in the American Airlines site and could not find it. IInstead, I found a reservation under my name with a different code, in different flight class and with different price. I have emailed and called Elsa multiple times and she does not take or return my calls or emails. ASAP customer service put me on hold forever and never responded. I feel as if I was scammed.
Terrible experience.
Suggested solution:
Issue the ticket I actually purchased.
