My complaint:
Booked flight ticket through asaptickets from Louisville, Kentucky to Madras, India and paid for the baggages. All three baggages were not delivered at the airport and complaint was immediately raised with the airlines and also reported to asaptickets team but no one responded. Finally, after multiple reminders and raised complaint through Google, they responded saying that they can pay $800 voucher or $500 monetary compensation which is not following legal business practices.
Suggested solution:
Pay as per the TC's $1500 for the 3 luggage's and $1500 for the mental agony caused.
