My complaint:
I purchased this ticket before covid I tried to request a refund but ASAP refused to provide any refunds so I was forced to accept vouchers and hoping they can work better with the next ticket so I rebooked the ticket last February and to make sure I have a protection with my money I paid protection plan but now I have a hard time getting my refunds back.
Suggested solution:
ASAP should be better with their customer service actually they are the only ticketing office that asked for complimentary tip for agents and yet they suck in providing better service. Refunds should never become this difficult. I contacted their schedule department and they answered you will receive email but no ITA when the action will be fully initiated. This company is a big time scammer
