My complaint:
ASAP is a scam. Due to COVID quarantine protocol, I had to cancel twice each time adding more money and tip money. Now I want to use my protection plan refund to book a flight plus book a second ticket for my wife. My wife’s ticket is 1,000 less than what they want to charge me for my ticket because there are no more flights with two stops.
Does this make sense to anyone?
They refuse to refund my protected plan money, which is worth only a fraction of what I paid.
I want to do anything I can to put these people out of business so I am make a complaint on complain.biz

Refund my money paid for flight no longer available to me
