My complaint:

I was trying to book ticket with ASAP on November 29 at 3 am toronto time but nothing was completed but my money was deducted. Agent told me we will complete it tomorrow as its his end of shift. Next day i am trying to contact him but he never answered his phone nor did he replied back to my email. When he finally calls me he tells me that ticket reservations were expired so we have to do the whole thing again. He said i will send you new paper work and everything. I told him that I don’t want the ticket anymore please don’t book or issue the ticket. Then he was like oh no ticket is already booked . I asked him yiu just told me reservations were canceled so he was like oh i have to go to meeting i will talk to you later.while he was supposedly in meeting . He books issues the ticket and send me an email even after I specifically told him on call and email not to do it. Then when i called him he ignored my calls. I called customer service so then he was trying to contact me. He said oh ticketing department must have found the same reservations and booked it. I told him that i need full refund of tickets and ticket protection plan since i never booked the ticket. First he refuses then he realizes his mistake when escalation team contacts him so he calls me and send me an email stating that i will get full refund of my tickets and protection plan. Then he never does. All the agents ed and assured me that it was mistake on agent “yamato” end so i will get full refund. Case goes to escalation team . Escalation agent calls me after almost 2 days. She was so rude and refuses to refund care protection plan money and refuses to listen what i had to say and then hungs up on me. Worst service ever. This agency is fraud and do fradulent activities. I have written emails from agent yamato stating that reservation ticketing team must have found new reservations with same seats and booked it even after i said no. Another email he states that i will get full refund if tickets money and ticket protection. He sends me cancellation form and tell me to sign it and then he will send me another cancellation form for ticket protection. I sign the cancellation form for ticket but then then he never sends me cancellation form for ticket protection. He never refunds my ticket protection money. Escalation is going on with quality control.

Suggested solution:

ASAP should refund my ticket protection money of 559.90 since i never booked a ticket and i never used a ticket protection.
