My complaint:
ITN Confirmation number VP1LM0 . Lufthansa refunded you all this ticket money March 2021 and Asap tickets hasn’t credited me back on my credit card. I have been calling you all every week and you all haven’t did anything about it. I’m a regular customer and I’m very disappointed in this company. I’m going to file a complaint against Asap ticket for not giving me back my money.

I need Asap to refund my money back to my credit card
