My complaint:
I BOUGHT A TICKET TO CHARLIE ON JUNE 11 2021 AFTER 4 DAYS I CANCELLED, I ONLY GET 50 % OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WHICH IS UNEXPLAINABLE .
I KNOW THAT THERE WILL BE SOME ADDITIONAL CHARGES, BUT ITS NOT THAT MUCH BEC I USED TO CANCELLED AND UP TO $250 ONLY
HE SAID HE WILL EMAIL ME THE LIST OF CHARGES FOR THE AMOUNT OF 2661 USD WHICH IS HALF OF THE TICKET…
iTS RIDICULOUS , AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE THE MONEY GOES, I HAVE TO EMAIL HIM 3 TIMES FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS, HE IGNORED, UNTIL NOW HE EMAILED ONLY THE NAME OF THE CHARGES BUT NOT ITEMIZED, IT MEANS HE HAD A HIDDEN AGENDA , I HOPE ASAP TICKETS COMPANY SHOULD TAKE ACTION ON THIS SO IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN TO OTHER CUSTOMER THAT IS TOO MUCH, I AM SUFFERING TO PAY THAT AMOUNT NOW $2661. BUT CHARLIE IS VERY LUCKY.
