My complaint:
I booked a ticket to the UK August 2, 2021 for a September 8 flight. On August 5 I found out I needed surgery, I called to cancel the flight. On September 7 I sent a letter from my surgeon and once again asked for a refund. I am still waiting for the refund and have been getting bullshit responses as to why I don’t have it yet. I purchased travel insurance from them for this reason. And it is not elective surgery as was indicated to me by the agent I first asked for a refund from.
Suggested solution:
Refund the cost of my ticket 1567.45 immediately.
