My complaint:
I have a record of several attempts to request a refund for the full amount, NOT a credit for a partial, of the cost of TWO Delta Airline tickets on a France tour that was cancelled due to Covid19 by Delta. There were approximately 25-30 tickets purchased by the French Instructor at a Tennessee High School. The instructor was informed each ticket holder must request refund. Delta issued a credit for one year. BUT, we have only flown once in our lifetime, now financial strain it has caused us is overwhelming.
Suggested solution:
Refund FULL initial cost of two (2) Delta Airline tickets on the France Tour of eleven (11) days.
