My complaint:

To whom it may concern,
My name is Idrissou, Halid and my ticket number is 0147520809884. My flight was scheduled on May 5 from Greensboro airport and I arrived four hours before the flight the COVID 19 test négatif which was request from me . Everything was ok until the agent asked me for the yellow fever vaccine card which I had in Togo but didn’t have on my in USA . I contacted the Lome Togo airport and they told me that it’s in not an issue and I could even get vaccinated once I get there if I don’t have the card with me . I then told the agent to speak to the Togo airport representative and he refused stating that he really want to see that . I then quickly left the airport and head to find a clinic that can vaccinated me and provide me with the card . When I came back to the airport , the same JetBlue representative told me that it was too late that I can not travel and need to reschedule. The ASAP agent who was managing my ticket was Bradon and promise to find another ticket so that I can quickly travel and not loose my COVID 19 test result which has only a few days to expire. He kept misleading me and didn’t work on my case . I then switched to the lady sandy who initially helped me purchased the ticket for help and she took the case but agent Bradon contacted me in private via WhatsApp and told me to switch back to me that he found me a ticket but that was a lie . I then had one and only a day left until my test expired and I need to travel for emergency purposes. I contacted the issuing ticket airlines which is Canada airline for Mr Bradon and they they told him and me that my ticket should be refunded and they put note I the system. He came back and tell me that there is no show in the system and I did show up to the airport and they told him that . Since I need to go , I found my way to get a new ticket via different airline using other means . I asked him to process my refund and still he says only exchange. I have no other money to take care of myself and I need the money . He was the one who misled me into this because he called me in private to switch back to him and he himself said it illegal based on their company policy and now I switched back to him he did not do the job .
I’m requesting that my full refund be paid to me to my card as soon as possible.
