My complaint:
I need help! I booked our tickets last june 2020.. i paid CAD $2,200 then our flight was cancelled by the airlines because OF COVID..now ASAP TICKET said at first that i will get a $1,900 voucher credit. Few months when i checked on them it was reduced yo $1,490… so now when i ask for the money because i was lay off from work the agent told me that i could only have $700 if i will refund the money!!! This is totally not right!!!
