My complaint:
I had a terrible experience with ASAP tickets
I booked tickets to go to Morocco, due to Covid restrictions, my flight was canceled
The agent failed to assist me in securing alternate arrangements, then promised me a refund but bargained and blackmailed me into accepting a partial refund even though the cancellation was not initiated by me
The agents are incompetent and deceiving
I lost a lot of money and had to deal with the most incompetent, rude and unscrupulous agents
Suggested solution:
I need a refund of all my money.
