My complaint:

I booked a vacation with ASAP tickets with the agent known as Shelby this booking took place in June 2021 the vacation was supposed to Take Pl., October 11, 2021 the agent for ASAP Tickets known as Shelby just stop communicating with me leaving me wondering what happened to my vacation I never received a ation for my air departure or ation for my hotel stay which was Punta Cana Dominican I Paid ASAP tickets a total of$2205.65 With trip protection I even tipped the agent Shelby $60 as well which she do not deserve I have been back and forward with someone named Cecilion from ITN claiming she is here to help me where I feel like I’m being taken advantage of as I write this complaint I am still going back-and-forth with Cecilion just received an email today ASAP booked me on a flight with spirit airlines to the Dominican without my knowledge there was no ation the only way I found out about that flight was calling ASAP consistently no one could tell me about my hotel reservation ation only to find out about this flight six hours prior to takeoff I did not cancel my vacation I did call spirit airlines to let them know I would not be making that flight instead of being a no-show and no communications I am hoping to resolve this problem because I am a disable veteran just looking to have a good vacation I do not have money to give away to ASAP tickets for no service whatsoever.

Suggested solution:

Being in communications with Cecilion from ITN I was actually hoping to get a credit or what she refers to as a in-house voucher because I know it would be virtually impossible getting my money refunded to me so I am willing to settle for a credit or voucher or as she put it in house voucher towards another vacation
