Have been Trying to contact them and get a refund for months. They refused to give me a refund when they are the ones who canceled the flight and are trying to read me the rules and regulations that are about a life ticket and me canceling not due to unforeseen circumstances and then canceling on me. The fact is that they did not provide this service is that I paid for so they should refund me 100%. Join the asap scam group
