My complaint:
Booked a ticket No 6077701626779 by Etihad for Boston to Chennai, India on Jan 11 and return on March 28 in the name of Sharmista Saxena. Got infected with Covid and requested for cancellation and refund of ticket. They asked for a Certificate and same was submitted immediately. They ed ticket has been cancelled and to wait for refund. Waited till now almost 2 months for refund. Their office are not responding to mails and no satisfactory reply on telephone. Complaint booked with their Customer Service. Out of frustration, called Etihad to check why refund is delayed. They informed they have not received intimation from ASAP for cancellation and refund of ticket and that once they get it, they will refund immediately. ASAP is yet to resolve it and is giving all false information.
Suggested solution:
I want ASAP to immediately get the ticket cancelled, claim the refund and recredit me without delay.
