My complaint:
I have experienced just about every complaint of other unsatisfied clients,
– agents stall,
– incompetent,
– stupid weird nicknames they give clients instead of their real names(Prado, Hulk, Pacifica, Olympus…etc) I have spoken to over 2 dozen employees of ASAP Tickets…. and they wouldn’t get you a manager or decision maker on the phone,
– won’t pick up on you ( you will be ignored time and again and hung up on over and over. ) I honestly think these set of incompetent embeciles get out of business.
– My agaent Pacifica sold me on a $69 proctection plan and still they’re feeding me stories about giving me my money back.
Bottom line is their incompetence is sickening they have no willingness to actually help travels with their problems.,… which in my case is their fault from what i can see reading other complaints about them.
I really hope this company gets rid of these bunch of kids it recruits, who don’t even have basic listening skills of anykind. I do get that cheap central american labor is the foundation of your miserable business venture, but at least add some mature classical style to it.
Suggested solution:
GIVE ME BACK A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY SO I CAN GET a ticket somewhere else.
