My complaint:
I purchase tickets to nicaragua from Cuba and they assure me Cubans where traveling from Havana trough Ecuador with no problems and they had many many ed cases.. when we arrived at airport they informed us that agency knows that this were not possible and many people where having the same issue with same company asap ticket because Ecuador was not letting Cubans change plane in Guayaquil Ecuador to continue to nicaragua so they being aware of that continued selling those itinerary even after we did call them and inform of what’s happening in Havana Cuba
