My complaint:
BaitSwitch, hidden fees. ASAP ad invited to call for best deal. $69 $99 flights available on travel dates . Agent charged $277, then said $39.99 also mandatory tip for great deal. Cost an extra $222.99 for a $99 airline flight. Asked customer service for refund for being overcharged, informed refund could only be done through agent that booked. He refused. Then daughter decided she wanted to fly to visit grandmas too, so he wouldn’t refund my ticket within 24hrs, but would add hers. She arrived sick, doctors said she couldn’t fly. So customer service said it would cost additional $160 to rebook with the $39.99 travel care protection. Totals $760 for tickets that could be purchased for $69. Seems Philippines wants to skim $128-$200 commission for every airline booking transaction from SanJose,CA to Boise, ID?Fraudulent Dishonest ASAP lied about price of tickets availability, refused refund resists credit card dispute.
