My complaint:
I bought a ticket for my mom for $2.800, the agent sent me all the forms that I supposed to fill out, but he didn’t sent me one form for Mexico travel Health Declaration. My mom went to the airport and the didn’t let her aboard, in that moment I call inmidiatly to the company AsapTickets and tray to reschedule, and they don’t have available until half of March. So, she doesn’t want to travel now. We want our money back. I call many time and the agents are like playing, nobody give me a legible answer. I just want my money back.
