My complaint:
Placed order of RB Classic, Cherry Turnover and White Milk at drive through for $8.30 which I thought was too muchhigh. At window, a disinterested teenager took my money, gave me change and my milk.
A few minutes later she again opened the window and offered me a classic lemonade. Huh? She was confused. Then another employee opened the window and gave me $1 and said the sandwich would be out in a minute. I’d be concerned about that teenager being the face of Arbys as she was not a happy employee, nor an accurate one.
Suggested solution:
Train the child employee on ordering, filling an order, and perhaps most of all, greeting the customer By the way, the food was good.
