My complaint:
We have had multiple days where multiple people tell the manage (Lars bowman) about other employees stealing about managers leaving mid shift about employees AND managers leaving mid shift or no call no show multiple days in a row with nothing done we have had managers scream and have personally been called names like ( brat, child, fa ggot,( because I happen to be gay) I have been told to fuck myself or deal with the problems myself and when I complain I am told that “ and I quote” (if I keep making problems they don’t need me) and then when I choose to talk to any of the higher ups I am told that it’s already taken care of and then learn that multiple facts about multiple incidents were fabricated by Sarah secrest
Which is also a manager or when people make sure their time cards say the correct time even tho they leave early ( Lars does this a lot)
Suggested solution:
Remove the problematic people at the store
