My complaint:

My husband and I received meals that were far from satisfactory at the Lewisville, TX, location. Upon letting the company know of the problem we received coupons from the Arby’s Guest Support for two free meals. Craving a good Arby’s chicken salad sandwich (which we have enjoyed in other states) we went to the same location to see if things had improved. We were shocked upon arrival that still only the drive through window is open and this is in the afternoon. (Apparently they cannot get people to work.) Unfortunately. this location is an embarrassment to the Arby’s name. I have attached a picture of one of the sandwiches which was skimpy on its amount of salad. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the other sandwich so you could have seen the strong comparison. That alone would not have been enough to lodge another complaint but the bread, once again, was stale. The fries were cold. The only enjoyable part of the meal was our soft drinks. I am not asking for more coupons. We will never go to this location again. That’s a shame since it is conveniently located to us. I just wanted you to know that this location is below what I expect at Arby’s and certainly does not do well for your reputation. No wonder we were the only people ordering.
