My complaint:
Ordered BLT combo. Specifically said (twice), NO onion, NO mayonnaise. What did I get? Everything but a tomato. Threw sandwich away. Just wasted $11 dollars! Happens frequently at this particular Arby’s. Next time will stop at McDonald’s across the street.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse my meal cost!
