My complaint:

Ordered my food,drove up to the window,gave the worker a credit card to pay for my meal. As he was scanning my card someone flipped the wrong switch because the electricity in the building shut off for just a second and came right back on. They then laughed about it and told me there system was now down and it wouldn’t be up for at least 30 minutes. Keep in mind there were no storms or anything in the area so it had to be workers. They were already fixing to bag my food but instead of giving it to me they just said the system was down and that was that.

Suggested solution:

I have no idea what they will do!!! All I know is that they have terrible customer service at this arbys. They could of just handed me my bag but instead I guess they ate it themselves or threw it under a heat lamp or something. I wasn't looking for a handout, they literally were scanning my card and about to give me my bag when this happened.
