My complaint:
I took my 87 year old mother to Argus and ordered her a chicken sandwich without mayo but with cheese. Simple enough so I thought. I just ordered for myself the roast beef sandwich. The tomato on my mother’s sandwich was hard and the cheese was and looked like it had been kept in the heat… Discolored and the chicken was was too hard for her to chew. I told my mother that I was so sorry. My sandwich was unacceptable… Cold and no sides like mayo…nothing. I will never go to an Argue again. Never…the service was not acceptable. I and my mother hated it. Never again
Suggested solution:
Getting fresher food and don't keep cheese in the heat. Tomatoes need to be ripe. Your commercials are misleading.
