My complaint:
We got 4 beef and cheddars with barely any meat. It was not on onion rolls which makes them great. They were on stale seeded rolls that fell apart when we opened them. Had they told us they were out of onion rolls we would have ordered different items. Took the survey and no one contacted us as they said they would. Just want acknowledgment and maybe a free sandwich coupon or two due to bad food.
