My complaint:
We walked in had to had to wait 5 minutes. We were the only ones in there at the time. The phone rang the girl waiting on us was telling someone to bring her the phone and using cussing words as she was talking. The food was cold. There was 2 of us and was very dissatisfied. I eat at Arbys a lot and my family spends a lot of money in there. Because I go to the doctors in Quincy IL and I also do a lot of shopping in other towns that have Arbys.
This is the very first time this has ever happened to me in an Arbys. I use to work at Arby and love there food as my family does also.
I am just letting you know what happen and very upset.
