My complaint:
I tried Arby’s new Wagyu Steakhouse Burger today, January 5, 2022, 3:00pm at the BuckleyQuincy Aurora, CO location. My opinion is the Steakhouse Burger is very meager in quality with poor flavor due to the dryness of hamburger patty, especially at their price of $6.99. I spoke to the restaurant manager an hour after consuming the Burger, and received a disconcerted attitude stating, sorry to hear that, but that’s the way the burger is supposed to be, and offered no resolution to my complaint. No more Arby’s for me.
