My complaint:
So this location is my regular Arbys, at least a few visits every month. I have previously discussed with the manager the fact that the drive thru can’t be navigated by low cars, because of an enourmous sideways speed bump in the lane. You really have to see it to believe it. My cadillac is far from low and it still scrapes pretty bad. The bump I’ll call it, has clearly damaged many a car, as evidenced by the gouges added by the cars on the bump. The bump is a deterrent’ to me since it appeared a few months ago, But today I was driving a van with high clearance, and i have already voiced my complaint to the manager and decreased the frequency of visits due to this uncorrected fact.
With so many fast food choices, I don’t usually take time to submit complaints, I just go elsewhere. But, today I got some crinkle fries that honestly made my lips and gums burn. I like hot foods,too…but this was just plain messed up and a little scary. There was no pepper(black or cayanne) on the fries that was visible, so I have to assume it was grill cleaner or cross-contamination from some redhot menu item To add to my distress my gyro had just a tiny bit of meat mostly clumped on one side. I will include a photo of the botched sandwich.
I am a retired food service pro, and I realize the difficulties keeping up with cleanliness. So the occasional trash and mess in the drive thru lane is understandable. But the black grease trail leading from the side door to the dumpster area appears to never get cleaned.
My opinion is that a little pressure washing and a visit from corporate once in a while could help this location to address some continuing issues and increase sales and maybe save some lives.

Go to the store and see for yourself. I just want a clean store that is accessible and presentable without having to drive to a more distant location
