My complaint:
There was no roast beef available. Wait time was 20 – 30 minutes for a classic roast beef sandwich. This was at 6:30 PM on a Wednesday evening. Totally no unacceptable for an Arbys to have no roast beef!
Suggested solution:
Not sure - I feel we wasted $31.85 on a meal that was tainted because of the disappointment that was felt. If it wasn't so pathetic, it might be funny. Arbys doesn't have any roast beef - haha.... Kind of like going to McDonalds and they are out of french fries. Or, going to Dairy Queen and they are out of ice cream!
