My complaint:
My husband and I were in Tupelo MS on Feb 26 around 5:15 pm and decided to get a bite to eat before visiting a patient at the hospital. It took the front desk approximately 10 minutes to take the order. We ordered the Ribeye Steak Combo with Curly Fries and the 3 piece chicken tender combo with Curly Fries. First the Fries were over cooked to the point of crispy and hard. My husband could not chew the meat in the sandwich because it was so tuff and my chicken was like rubber. We told the person behind the counter about the food and her comment was sorry but the steak sandwich meat is thicker so it is harder to chew and chicken is not our specialty. I don’t normally complain about however the meal was almost $25.00 and neither of us could eat it.
Suggested solution:
They did not do anything about the complaint just said sorry and told us why the food was not good.
