My complaint:

Ordered Chicken club wrap received Pecan Chicken salad sandwich
Ordered 3 buffalo chicken sliders received 1 buffalo chicken slider, 1 turkey slider, 1 beef slider, 1 beef with cheese slider. Did not notice until I got home. Nothing was said to me except sorry for the long wait.
Previous trips
1. System was down did not know when it would back up. Sunday 4:20pm
2. System was rebooting, would take 30 mins to come back up. Sunday at 4:20 pm.
3. store closed early Sunday at 4:20 pm.
4. store closed all day Sunday at 4:20 pm.
On another occasion, was not charged correctly for the sliders. Was told, sorry that is the price the system came up with, although the sign says the charge should have been $1.00
Suggested solution:
Major problems at this store. Sounds like employee problems.
