My complaint:

Place an on line delivery order paid for it then it started saying when I could pick it up I called them and told her what happened and told her I didn’t have a way to pick it up that was the reason I placed it for delivery then she told me they didn’t take online orders but they just took mine and I told her not to fix it and I needed a refund back she said I would have to do it on line so when I got home I did I don’t know how many times and when I pushed submit it said sorry come back later so I lost everything I had writing down so I called and talked to someone they said they would take care of it but didn’t it’s been 2 weeks at least since I called so I’m trying this one more time please help me

If it’s to hard for you to refund me my money back then could you send me coupons i was charged $28.95
