My complaint:
Ordered two bacon, cheese and beef sandwiches..with coupon 2 for $6, two curly fries, and two orange medium shakes. The bill so $19.89. Did takeout and drove about 1.5 miles home. The fries were stone cold and all bits and pieces. It was difficult to find the cheese on the sandwiches, the portion of bacon was the bare minimum, and there was so little beef, it was shocking. The shakes were good. Every week it seems, I get a new flyer with coupons for Arby’s. The picture of this sandwich leaves your mouth watering; the actual sandwich I received was a great.
disappointment and not even worth coupon price. This was at supper time on a Saturday evening; only two other customers inside. Now I know why. I will not be returning to Arby’s ever!!!!
Suggested solution:
Give people what they ordered and see on TV and in ads. Just no way to explain the sandwich. Wish I would have taken a picture of it.
