My complaint:
I tried to phone Manager, John Trotter, went to voice mail. I left my name and number requesting a call back, nothing came. I called the following day, same thing, no call back received.
My wife and (She’s a front line Charge Nurse in Overlake Hospital Bellevue. We were in the drive through. When we came to the booth, we were confronted by a member of staff, young girl, slim build with glasses and dressed like an Antifa member. She rudely told us we should be wearing masks. We winformed her we were in our own car and she had no right to bully us. We were so annoyed we pulled away forgetting our drinks. We pulled into a parking space intending to go back and collect them, but saw this female server heading toward us with our drinks (There was no ice, just the drinks). She proceeded to tell me that ‘I was disrespecting her’ and was trying to shout me down, she was hostile, confrontational and rude. I told her to back off and shut up, but like a typical Liberal she tried to shout me down. I went back to the car and sat and had our sandwich and watched the cars going through the drive through, 95% of rivers and passengers had no masks on and nothing was said to them. I was the passenger in my wife’s car and she seemed to laser in on me instead of my wife, why I don’t know. I can assure you I will not be returning to that restaurant ever again. This vile woman has no place serving the public.
