My complaint:
As good as your RB sandwiches are, the real reason my family went to Arby’s was for the potato cakes. We actually left your stores when told no potato cakes. Until you bring them back we will no longer be going to your stores.
Suggested solution:
Realize you made a mistake and bringing back potato cakes.
