Arbys complaint: Bad service and attitude.

My complaint:

Twice this month I have been to drive thru. First time voice on speaker said out of order. I didn’t understand so I started to order. Voice again said it’s out of order very harshly. I drove around to the pick up window. A kid there asked if I had ordered. I told him someone said it was out of order. He took my order and a black guy who looked ticked off brought it to him. The food was fine BTW. How did he talk to me thru the speaker if it was out of order.
Tonight I stopped at the drive up. about 6-7 employees were out in the parking lot, yelled at me out of order. No one was at the pick up window this time so I went to Chick-fil-A across the street.
So what is srong with this Arbys. I don’t care. I won’t ever go there again.

Suggested solution:

Find out what these employees are doing sitting in the parking lot running customers away. If something legitimate is happening they should turn out the lights. At least be cordial to customers.
