My complaint:
I would really like to raise some complaints regarding my deliveries. It has been delayed for almost a week now. I am trying to contact Aramex via twitter, whatsapp and even the customer service but no one answers and resolves my concerns. They keep me on the loop, And it is very upsetting. I never experienced such things. I gave them my address details and even asked them if I can just pick them in one of the Aramex branches, still no resolution. Can you help me sort this out?
Suggested solution:
They need to at let me know what's happening with my parcels. If they will still deliver them or not. Or I can just pick up from one of their branches
