My complaint:
Aramex is the worst delivering company in the UAE.
Even the parcel is delivered to the mobile self pick-up point, they cannot give me the parcel because of the server technical issue.
Why must their technical issue be my problem when the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point.
Suggested solution:
Just give me my parcel and mark this item as delivered later or manually, whatever.
