My complaint:

lost my shipment which was a confidential letter
It was supposed to be shipped on 21th of September 2021 on 22th the courier told me he did an accident and lost the shippment I called aramex a lady told me its not true your shippment will be shipped tomorrow 23rd of September the delay caused me a huge problem then after following up with aramex she admitted at the end that they lost my shippment there solution was to compensate me with 6.5 $ so its really funny after all the problems they caused me and the letter they lost with confidential information

I need a huge compensation for all they did to me and all the losses they caused me
