My complaint:
Parcel was sent on the 14th of March from Cape Town to East London, Today I called Aramex for an update. I was told by Agent that I will receive my Parcel Friday the 22 March 2024. Because They (Aramex) decided to send the Parcel yesterday the 18 March 2024.
Suggested solution:
I need my Parcel latest Wednesday the 20th of March 2024 at 08:00am.
