My complaint:
Since 22 Feb parcel ZF0000014715 has been sitting in CF Bay 412, in the Perth Depot.
Requests for it to be delivered are met with ‘We will arrange urgent delivery of this parcel’ It is still undelivered.
Suggested solution:
Deliver my parcel undamaged.
