My complaint:
have sent a consignment to Kandy, Srilanka through Aramex courier on 13 Dec 23 via AWB no: 32202904064 from chennai, India.
The receiptant had complaint that the consignment is still not received. When i enquired the same with your good company they ed that the same has been delivered to colombo address on 19 Dec.
I again enquired with your team how come the consignment delivered to colombo whereas the delivery address is on Kandy. They are not providing any proof of delivery till date nor resolve the issue.
I never expected such a poor service from an esteemed company like you. Expecting an earlier response suitably else will file a suit against your company.
