My complaint:
I ordered for shoes from Runner.ae; through Aramex at 10th of July, Aramex system said it was delivered to Aramex at 13th and Aramex sent their message to me the delivery date estimation on 14th, up till now ( 22nd July we didn’t receive it, though the tracking system status is showing it was delivered to origin sorting facility since then and up till now.
Suggested solution:
Deliver the shipment to me
