My complaint:

Parcel arrived Aramex Depot Sydney 19822.
Notified Onboard with local courier ready for delivery today, Monday 2282022 @ 06:51:12 – : NO DELIVERY : Notified Out of Time 22822 . I Phoned Aramex to complain 1:37pm and informed them this parcel was an urgent medical supply ,was assured my parcel was being put on high priorityurgency , and would be delivered the next day ; suffice to say it wasn’thasn’t, I am still waiting.
Tuesday,23822 @ 04:39:52 Notified Onboard ready for delivery ; then again NO DELIVERY: Notified OUT OF TIME , AGAIN at 14:21:18 , with NO REASONABLE EXPLANATION . I Phoned Aramex @ 4:33pm ,again to complain about this unreasonable delay , got no explanation , just that I would definitely get my parcel delivered todayWednesday . So this morning I got another(the third!) Onboard notification @ 05:13:16 , that my parcel is ready for delivery(this is becoming a BAD JOKE WHICH IS NUT FUNNY!) , so with there still being no sign of my parcel , I phoned Aramex again( this seems futile !) @ 12:22pm , and was given the same speel about my urgent parcel being delivered today (GROUNDHOG DAY!) , and needless to say I am still waiting, this is why I have had to resort to contacting you to rectify this absurdbizarreridiculous situation and to warn others to AVOID ARAMEX (I HAVE HAD UNNECESSARYINCOMPETENT DELAYS FROM THEM EVERY TIME I HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH THIS MOB !) AT ALL COSTS .

Suggested solution:

DELIVER MY URGENT PARCEL NOW , AFTER 5 DAYS !
