My complaint:
I’ve already filed a complaint to the better business bureau and will be filing more complaints!!
I paid $250 3months ago for a pair of airpods pro. Somehow my left airpod got out of the defective charging pod, a car rolled over it so it’s now damaged but apple wants to charge me $90 to replace my left airpods. I refuse to pay $90 which is basically almost half the price I paid for the pair when it states that I have a 1 year warranty on the products.
Apple is a rip off and you just lost a customer!!!!,

would like to get my free left ear airpods pro because it says i am still covered for 1 year,
